He has handled so many support calls himself that he has many Windows & Mac standard processes visually memorized- AND he really knows how to verbally convey computer instructions to people with limited or no computer experience.
• Logmein.com
• ShowMyPC
• Skype with Video and Screen Sharing:  This is the easiest method when I don't actually need to control your screen and when you want to learn by having me walk you through processes.
• VNC
• Windows Remote Desktop
• Apple's inherent VNC-based screen sharing
• GoToMyPC
• Other possible connection methods.

Support that involves no commuting is provided at an hourly rate rounded to each 15 minutes with a $25 minimum for a support call of greater than 3 minutes and less than 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes the hourly remote support rate of $50 per hour applies in 15 minute increments.  Paypal payments add a 3% surcharge which is charged to Mikos Support by PayPal.
