Miko offers programming support including web development and database development.  He can also help you to set up your computer as a web and MySQL server with PHP, so that you can do your own coding. 

Miko offers programming support in-office, in-home, or remotely, as freelance programmer or in larger project contract positions.

While still in high school in the '80s, Miko took a programming course designed to last a whole semester and finished all the course work in one week.  He then went on to program using machine language on Early Apple computers.

More than two decades later, he's now a talented programmer with a broad skill setwho has added significantly to the code and source libraries of UC Berkeley, Datatel Corporation, Trimdata Corporation, Belgium International Diamond of Kirkland, and many others.

In practically every environment, coding has taken place at all levels- within graphical interfaces and at the command line, in environments that needed to make remote calls to databases using various forms of SQL, while creating, maintaining and destroying variables values, sessions and cookies.

Miko's programming has involved data field and data entry processing calculations that have managed financial transactions that valued, annually, in the millions of dollar, at Belgium International Diamond, UC Berkelet, and while working with Datatel cashiering software at Trimdata Corp and Datatel.

Miko has developed or made deeply significant positive changes to the following databases:

• The Belgium International Diamond transaction-and-diamond tracking Microsoft Access database using Visual 
  Basic heavily:  Miko has programmed over 100 screens and reports and a template version of this database may be available to you for review upon request.

• The Filemaker Pro CaterEdge catering database of As You Like it Catering of Seattle.  Miko worked as database administrator, while offering print graphic design and Mac computer systems/network support.

• The Datatel Benefactor fundraising database of University Relations at the University of California, Berkeley.  After Miko's first year with US Berkeley in 1999, the University reported a $4 million increase in dontations that largely resulted from deeply improved, non-verlapping, and more inclusive donor group selections and associated reports that depended upon Miko's novel usage of shared memory common space variable usage.  these subroutines and calculation fields are still in use by UC Berkeley even now, ten years later.

• The handicapped accessibility structural change modification architectural Filemaker Pro database for Sally Swanson Associates of San Francisco:  Miko developed unique techniques that made use of repeating fields and calculation fields, creating the possibility of compoletely tracking large-scale changes to federal and state prisons to make them handicapped accessible

• The administrative databases of the American Association of University Women, where he worked twice- once as programmer/systems analyst, and then as Associate director of IT.
• The administrative databases of the San Francisco Art Institute in the late '90s.
• Numerous Datatel databases for numerous Datatel clients supported by Datatel and Trimdata Corp.
